The top two girls’ names are unchanged, with Olivia in first place and Amelia in second. Isla moves up one place to third, and Ava also climbs one place to fourth. Emily drops two places to fifth and Isabella remains in sixth. Mia moves up three places to seventh. Poppy is a new entry in the top ten, climbing five places to eighth. Ella stays in ninth and Lily drops three places to tenth. Jessica drops out of the top ten.
Names dropping out of the top 100 names include Lexi (down 16 places to 101st), Zoe (down 13 places to 105th), Maddison (down 17 places to 112th) and Lydia (down 16 places to 116th). Sarah (down 7 places to 103rd) falls out of the top 100 names for the first time.
The three most popular boys’ names stay the same as last year, with Oliver in first, Harry in second and George in third. Noah climbs two places to fourth. Jack falls one place to fifth, replacing Jacob who falls one place to sixth. Leo is a new entry in the top ten, climbing six places to seventh. Oscar moves up two places to eighth. Charlie drops two places ninth, and Muhammad falls two places to tenth. Thomas drops out of the top ten.
